* Board is not included in the summer terms. Students should expect to spend approximately $800-$1000 on summer term board. In the fall and spring, four meals/week are included in the CET tuition fee. Students should expect to spend $1200-$1500 on additional fall or spring board expenses.

Estimating Personal Expenses
Many students ask CET how much spending money to bring for their program. This amount varies widely, but a general rule of thumb is to allot slightly more than you spend while in school. In calculating how much spending money you will need, think about your spending habits in the US and your goals for studying abroad. Do you plan to buy expensive souvenirs? Will you make frequent international telephone calls? You will receive information about the current exchange rate, as well as advice on money matters, in pre-departure mailings.
